Terms & Conditions - Motorcycle Rentals 2008
Rental Requirements
Renter (Customer) must possess a valid driver's license
with a MOTORCYCLE endorsement and be at least 21 years of age. The renter's insurance will not allow us to rent to anyone
with a permit. Photo copy of all driver's licenses and personal auto insurance card are required prior to or at check-out.
Reservation Deposit
A $100 reservation deposit is required in advance to reserve an motorcycle.
It will be credited towards the rental fee on the day of check-out.
Cancellation
From the
date of the reservation till 30 days prior to pick up date on motorcycle rentals, Bloomington Leisure Time LLC will refund
less a $25 processing fee. NO REFUND will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to departure.
Insurance
Each driver must purchase insurance through our insurance carrier (MBA) at a cost of $15 per calendar day driven
plus a $10 processing fee.
Security/ Damage Deposit
A minimum security deposit of $1000 is
due at time of pick up and must be in cash, certified bank check, or VISA or Master Charge credit card. Personal checks are
not accepted less than 14 days prior to departure.
Mileage
All motorcycle rentals include
unlimited mileage.
Helmets
Bring your own Helmet or one will be provided.
Late
Charge
A $25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from the scheduled drop off time.
