Rental Requirements
Renter (Customer) must possess a valid
driver's license and be at least 25 years of age. Any/all additional drivers must also present a valid driver's license and
be at least 25 years of age. Photo copies of all driver's licenses and personal auto insurance card(s) are required prior
to or at check-out.
Reservation Deposit
A $250
reservation deposit is required in advance to reserve an RV. It will be credited towards the rental fee on the day of return.
Cancellation
From the date of the reservation until
30 days prior to pick up date on RV rentals, Bloomington Leisure Time LLC will refund less a $25 processing fee. NO REFUND
will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to departure.
Insurance
Each driver must provide proof (binder) that their insurance company will cover the RV. If you're insurance company
will not cover the RV we can provide insurance through our insurance carrier (MBA) at a cost of $15 per calendar day driven
plus a $10 processing fee.
Security Deposit
A
minimum security deposit of $500 is due at time of pick up and must be in cash, certified bank check, or VISA or Master Charge
credit card. Personal checks are not accepted less than 14 days prior to departure.
Generator Charges
The first two (2) hours per day are complimentary.
Any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per hour and subtracted from the security deposit upon return.
Pet & Smoking Policy
Our RV rentals are non-smoking only. We do not allow pets in our RV rentals. Note: Any
damages to the rental unit will result in the forfeiting of a portion or all of your security/damage deposit.
Mileage Rates (drivable units)
200 FREE miles per day included with your
RV rental; additional mileage will be charged on a progressive rate scale beginning at $0.32 per mile.
RV Condition at Pickup
The gas and LP tanks will be full, wastewater tanks empty and the interior
and exterior clean.
RV Return Policy
Rental must be returned as scheduled. Unauthorized extensions
will be charged twice the unit's equivalent daily rate for each day or portion. Customer is expected to return the RV in the
same condition as when it was picked up, (gas tank full, LP tank full, holding tanks empty, clean interior and exterior).
If not, fees will be assessed and charged against the damage deposit.
